ENCHLOR INC. warrants ALL products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of product shipment.

Except as specified below, this warranty covers all defects in material or workmanship in this product.  The following are NOT covered by the warranty:

1.    Any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.

2.    Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
a.    Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or any other acts of Nature.
b.    Any unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
c.    Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by ENCHLOR INC.
d.    Any shipment of the product.
e.    Any other causes which do not relate to a product defect.

This warranty applies to the purchase of complete ENCHLOR INC. Gas Chlorinator or Gas Sulfonator systems, as well as tested, complete assemblies which shall include the following: Vacuum Regulators, Remote Meter/Feed Rate Control Panels, Ejectors, Switchover Modules, Complete Check Valve Assemblies

Use of any ENCHLOR Inc. tested assembly in conjunction with equipment of another manufacturer shall not void this warranty,  However, ENCHLOR Inc. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever to said other equipment that may allegedly arise out of such use. Damage to ENCHLOR INC. tested assemblies due to failures or other malfunctions of
said other equipment shall not be covered under this warranty.

ENCHLOR Inc. warrants that the items sold there under shall be free from defects in material or workmanship occurring in the course of manufacture for a period of three (3) years from date of shipment from ENCHLOR Inc. or three (3) years from date of purchase by the end user, whichever shall be the longest term.

The following specific parts have been specially engineered to provide extra long life in normal service.  The listed parts, and only these listed parts, shall be warranted by ENCHLOR Inc. for the entire useful life of the assembly:

      1. Main vacuum regulator inlet spring.
      2. Ejector check valve spring.
      3. Main vacuum regulator diaphragm.

All other terms and remedies of this warranty shall apply to the above listed parts.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY.

ENCHLOR INC.’s LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS LIMITED ONLY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT OUR OPTION.  ENCHLOR INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

1.    DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN THIS PRODUCT, DAMAGES BASED UPON  
       INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, OR

2.    ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL .
