Technical Specifications:

 
The Gasblaster model LSX is an ozone production system powered by one or more 8 gram per hour(1/2 ppd) corona discharge ozone generator modules. The unit is enclosed in a weatherproof enclosure suitable for mounting directly on the cover surface of the lift station or wet well. The system is designed for the reduction of odors. The enclosure measures (36) inches wide by (18) inches high (18) inches deep. The blower assembly is mounted within the ozone generating modules and it is a variable speed two hundred (200) cfm fan blower. The fan/ozone module is designed to interface with the wet well through a four (4) inch coupling located at the side of the enclosure. This coupling is designed to accommodate four (4) inch poly vent tubing that is inserted through the lid of the wet well collection station. The unit is fully ventilated and is designed for outdoor use. The machine operation is extremely quiet thereby, insuring a low decibel rating for areas in which noise would be a factor.
 
The corona discharge ozone generators produce ozone resulting from the electrical discharge on multiple dielectric ceramic plates within the generator. Ozone (O3) or Tri-atomic oxygen readily gives up a single oxygen atom (O1). This single oxygen atom is free to combine with other airborne molecules. When the free oxygen atom combines with other molecules they are immediately destroyed through the process of oxidation. This process is complete and does not produce any hazardous byproducts and provides odor removal by oxidation.
 
Outside supply air enters the enclosure through one or more replaceable element gross particle air filters. The air supplies an internal air compressor. The compressed air is then passed through the ozone generator. A percentage of the oxygen in the airflow is converted into ozone. The ozonated air is then ducted to the 4" PVC outlet blower on the side of the enclosure. Connected by way of 4" POLY duct tubing, the ozonated airflow is directed into the top of the lift station. As ozone is heavier than air, the ozone will fall to the flow surface in the lift station and provide an ozone barrier to destruct any off gassing from the flow. The ozone generator is powered by solid-state electronics. The ozone generator(s) is designed to be easily serviceable. The standard controls consist of a on and Off Switch for the entire unit. Each ozone module will also have a variable ozone output adjustment control and on/off tcontrol. All components are readily accessible. It is designed for continuous service twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Standard features include surge and over heating protection. 
 
The unit is fully warranted for one (1) full year on parts and labor.
